Current Tuition Rates for Online  and In-Person Lessons

ATTTENDANCE: Students are expected to attend lessons weekly.

PAYMENT: Weekly payment options are no longer available.
                30-minute lesson: $50
                45-minute lesson: $60
                60-minute lesson: $70

Payment is due by midnight on the 2nd  of each month. Late payments will incur a $15 late fee. Monthly tuition holds your time slot in the studio and is required regardless of attendance. I will invoice you approximately one week prior to the due date. Payment arrangements may be made through Zelle, cash, or check.

CANCELLATION: Since your payment secures your time slot, missed lessons will not be refunded. An absence due to illness or family emergency is excused (but must be rescheduled) provided notification is given at least 24 hours in advance (unless it is a last-minute emergency). Lessons missed without prior notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund (except in the case of an emergency).

MAKEUP LESSONS: If a student is unable to attend at their regularly scheduled lesson time, there are four ways to ensure the lesson is not missed:
  1. Trade lessons with another student who has the SAME lesson length (30, 45, or 60 minutes). You may find my schedule and student phone numbers on my Google Drive along with the practice recordings.
  2. Take an online lesson.
  3. Reschedule.
  4. Take a double lesson the next week or in the near future.
If your lesson falls on a holiday, then I will offer make-up days for you to reschedule so as not to miss the lesson.

SUMMER: A minimum of 8 lessons must be taken (or paid for) in the summer in order to hold your lesson time.

RECITAL: Performance in yearly recitals is mandatory.

ILLNESS: Do not come to an in-person lesson sick. If you feel well enough for a lesson, then we will move it to an online lesson at the regularly scheduled time. If you are too sick, simply trade with another student. If you are almost over an illness, you make take an in-person lesson as long as you wear a mask.

TERMINATION: Should you choose to terminate lessons before the end of a paid month, no refunds will be issued.
